1-Parties

Sea tourism Transportation will be briefly referred to as “BOSPHORUSVIP”.

The customer will be briefly referred to as “GUEST”

2-Subject With this contract, the parties; They have agreed within the framework of the following contract conditions to provide transfer service from addresses determined by them to airports and vice versa before and after the flight, and to perform this service by Bosphorusvip for a fee.

3- Service and Payment Information

3.1. Contract price includes VAT.

3.2. Bosphorusvip may change the vehicle type with the same segment or higher segment vehicle type, provided that the consumer is notified when necessary. If the guest does not accept this change, they have the right to cancel their reservation and receive a full refund of the price paid. In this case, the guest is not entitled to compensation.

4-Transfer Type: One Way (One Way / Two Way)

4.1. If the guest purchases a transfer outside of Istanbul, he/she agrees to pay extra for the use of (Osmangazi bridge, ferry) and additional highway and/or toll tolls.

5-Vehicle Type: The type of vehicle chosen by the guest (Mini)

6-Number of Persons: The guest must specify the number of persons.

6.1. If the guest is more than the number of people, BOSPHORUSVİP has the right to terminate the contract unilaterally. You do not have to pay a withdrawal fee.

7-General Provisions

Passengers are required to wear seat belts in accordance with the Traffic Law.

In order to benefit from the transfer service subject to this contract, the guest must have made a reservation no later than 4 (four) hours before the transfer time. On religious and national holidays, New Year’s Eve and other public holidays, the reservation must be made at least 48 (forty eight) hours before the transfer time. The reservation can be canceled by the guest up to 3 hours before the transfer time. In this case, the guest will be refunded. No refund will be made for late reservation cancellations. The route to be followed along the way from the departure point to the destination during the transfer service; It is determined exclusively by BOSPHORUSVİP, taking into account traffic, road conditions and other criteria. The guest is not authorized to change this route. In this context, requests of the passenger to stop at a different location between the determined route and to wait for a while at this location cannot be accepted. BOSPHORUSVIP is obliged to reach a certain point between the two routes specified.

BOSPHORUSVIP During the transfer process, bags, chests, parcels, etc. as luggage. she does not accept. The passenger has a maximum baggage allowance of 15 kg per person. In case of loss or damage to the luggage received from the passenger for which no declaration of value is made, the guest does not have the right to demand the service fee as material and moral compensation. If the presence of the items listed in the baggage is noticed by the driver, the baggage in question will not be accepted into the vehicle. In cases where the following 15 (fifteen) minutes are exceeded during the discharge of the aforementioned items from the baggage, the transfer does not take place due to these reasons, or the guest cannot catch the flight due to lost time, no refund will be made. In addition, in these cases, the guest cannot claim any receivables or rights under any name against BOSPHORUSVİP. in luggage; In case the presence of the above-mentioned substances is noticed, the situation will be immediately reported to the authorized official authorities by BOSPHORUSVİP. The presence of the counted items is noticed by the driver. not done; if the vehicle is detected by law enforcement officers stopping and searching during the transfer; Any damages and losses incurred by BOSPHORUSVİP for this reason will be covered by the guest immediately, in cash and at once. The guest’s pet transfer requests and the type of pet to be transported will be notified by the guest during the online purchase of the service. Animal transfer will not be made without such notification. Animal transfer is not possible without an adult guest alone. The animal to be transferred under these conditions can only be transported in the special cage, in the section determined by the BOSPHORUSVIP personnel in the vehicle, under all responsibility of the guest. In transfers from a certain point to the airport; BOSPHORUSVIP declares and undertakes that the vehicle allocated for the transfer will be found at the designated point at the transfer time. A 10 (ten) minute delay from the transfer time will be considered a reasonable delay. In case of delay exceeding 10 (ten) minutes, the guest does not have to wait for the vehicle. In this case, the transfer fee will be refunded to the guest. In transfer points such as site, mass housing; BOSPHORUSVİP is not responsible if the 10 (ten) minute delay time is exceeded due to the security guards’ blocking of the vehicle’s access to the site. If 10 (ten) minutes are exceeded in this way and the guest does not wait for the vehicle, no refund will be made. The guest must be present with their luggage at the designated point at the transfer time. If the guest is not present at the transfer point at the transfer time, BOSPHORUSVİP The vehicle allocated to the passenger is obliged to wait for 10 (ten) minutes. If the guest does not reach the designated point with their luggage after 10 (ten) minutes, the vehicle is not obliged to wait any longer.

At the transfer point, BOSPHORUSVIP personnel are not obliged to leave the vehicle and carry luggage, pet cages, or accompany the passenger to the vehicle to be transferred. Children under the age of eighteen will not be transferred without an adult accompanying them. The escort’s transfer back to the point of origin is subject to the purchase of the return service on the website. If wheelchair transfer is requested with the guest to be transferred, this will be notified by the guest during the online purchase of the service.

In case the guest indicates when purchasing the service online, a baby seat will be placed in the vehicle to be allocated by BOSPHORUSVİP for TL.

8-Force Majeur

All kinds of force majeure, natural events, adverse climatic conditions, social events, public movements, negative developments in the working life, any legal or illegal worker or employer movements, strikes, lockouts, union movements and in case they fail to fulfill their obligations under this contract as a result of acts of slowdown, war, armed conflict, revolution, declaration of martial law or state of emergency, conflicts and riots between groups; This contract will remain suspended until the end of the situations/adverse effects listed. The contract will enter into force again with the expiration of the listed situations/negative effects. Failure of the parties to fulfill their obligations as a result of force majeure does not entitle the other party to termination or compensation.

9-Cancellation Conditions and Other Provisions No cancellation, change or refund can be made for any reason on the campaign product purchased by the passenger. Applications made to the bank or BOSPHORUSVIP for cancellation and refund requests for overdue reservations are invalid.

10-Authority In the settlement of all kinds of disputes arising from the implementation of this contract, TR Laws will be applied and Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices will be authorized.

11-Enforcement In disputes arising from the contract, the Road Transport Law No. 4925 and other Turkish legislation are applied. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices are authorized.
